WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our party location is two minutes from HWY 31 in Tipton, about 45 minutes from Indianapolis & Lafayette.
WHAT IS THE CAPACITY?
We can seat 100 guests for dining in the barn, and an additional 30-50 on the patio. Tents are available for rental to cover the patio.
The facility is yours for the whole day. Amplified music must stop by 10:30 pm, with last call at 11:00 pm, and all guests must leave by midnight.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Yes, the fee includes 6-foot round tables and chairs for 100 guests.
IS THE BARN HEATED?
No, this 130 year old barn has been left as it was found. We have patio heaters available; more heaters and air-conditioners are available to rent.
WHAT ABOUT CATERING?
You may use your own caterer or we can refer you to a preferred caterer. We will work together to bring great hospitality to you and your guests.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, the event venue has ample parking with easy walking access to the barn. We also have a spot to drop off guests who need assistance.
ARE THERE HIDDEN FEES?
No, the fee covers rental of the property, as well as taxes. If rentals have been discussed, that will be laid out before the contract is signed. Food and beverage will be billed separately.
CAN I PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
No, our preferred catering company has their own liquor license, and are responsible for purchasing and serving all alcohol on property.
ARE THERE RESTROOMS?
Yes, we have clean, modern men's & women's restrooms.
CAN WE USE THE POOL?
No, due to insurance and liability, you may not swim in the pool. The patio may be used for cocktail hour, pictures, and dining.
