How many people does The Barn seat?
Our Barn seats up to 70. An additional 50 people can be seated on the patio. We can also add a tent for an additional 80 guests if needed, with tent coverage, or lawn seating.
Does the rental fee include tables & chairs?
Yes, it includes tables and chairs for 70 guests in the main barn. Any additional guests it is $5 per person for tables, chairs. We have 6-foot round tables and white chivari chairs.
Does the rental include Friday night for rehearsal and set up?
Yes, if you book a Saturday we allow up to 4 hours for setup and rehearsal on Friday, however if you are having your rehearsal dinner with us you can have it from noon on and get 20 percent off your dinner.
Do you allow people to bring their own food or caterer?
In a unique situation we would, however, Keltie and Company catering is our exclusive caterer, event planner and manager, we work closely together and will bring great hospitality and delicious food for you and your event.
Is there lighting in the barn?
Yes, we have rope lighting throughout and beautiful lighting all around the barn to highlight the outdoors.
Are there restrooms in the barn?
No, we will have clean fresh port o lets for each event, pending size of the event will dictate how many. Handwashing will also be provided, at no extra charge.
Are there areas on-site to hold a wedding ceremony?
The Main Barn has a very beautiful backdrop looking into a beautifully landscape garden, we also have our event Silo, perfect for the I Do’s, many of our patios and gardens will speak to you when you tour our property and we are willing to do anything you may want to get the vision you are looking for.
Are we able to swim in the pool during the Wedding Celebration?
No, you may not swim in the pool, it may be used for cocktail hour, pictures and even for dining, however we must watch children at all times around the pool for safety.
Do you have a bar?
Yes we handle the bar in house, the fee for the bar set up is $250 with no minimums. We have a variety of options
Can we bring in our own alcoholic beverages?
No, our licensed caterer has a liquor license and we must serve responsibly.
Is the Barn Heated?
No, the barn is not heated, nor is it air conditioned at this point. We do rent a commercial heater for $250 if needed on shoulder season.
Is there ample parking?
Yes, we have acres of parking, easy access to the barn. We also have an area we can have as a drop off for those who may not be able to walk so far.
Is there a place to get ready ?
Yes, The ladies may use the house to get ready, equipped with bathrooms, tables, chairs, use of the kitchen, we ask that things be out of the house prior to the ceremony
Are there any hidden fees or costs besides the rental of the barn?
No, the cost for the barn rental, plus tax. The food, beverage, service charge and tax will cover all charges, unless other rentals have been decided on.
We do ask that you get an insurance rider from your insurance company with the pool, but that is no charge to you, we will pay that fee.
How long do we have the barn for?
The facility is yours for the whole day. Amplified music must conclude by 10:30pm , last call at 11pm and all guests must leave by midnight.
